Don't turn away. Keep your gaze on the bandaged place. That's where the light enters you.

About Me
I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field where I've provided psychotherapy, vocational counseling, and clinical case management to adults and families coping with the negative psychological impacts of homelessness, substance abuse, incarceration, unemployment, trauma, relationship issues, financial insecurity, and physical and cognitive disabilities.
My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to create a tailored experience for each of my clients. My laid-back, patient, and non-judgmental counseling style creates a therapeutic space where my clients feel safe, supported, and heard. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and work collaboratively with them to clarify their goals for therapy and beyond.
As a life-long learner, I strive to ensure the services I provide to my clients are cutting edge and ethically sound. I honor the humility and courage it takes to decide to seek therapy and welcome the opportunity to walk with my clients on their journey towards healing and empowerment.
