With over 12 years of experience, I understand the challenges that come with navigating discriminatory and toxic work environments. I've personally experienced the harm they can cause and the toll they can take on mental health.

As a result, I'm deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their experiences and develop coping strategies. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
