About Me

My name is Amarachi, and I specialize in helping black professionals cope with toxic work environments. With over 12 years of experience, I understand the challenges that come with navigating discriminatory and toxic work environments. I've personally experienced the harm they can cause and the toll they can take on mental health.

As a result, I'm deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their experiences and develop coping strategies. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I'm passionate about helping my clients find the resilience they need to thrive in the face of adversity.

My work is informed by my own experiences with workplace discrimination and toxicity. I know firsthand the importance of having a therapist who understands the nuances of these issues and can provide the support and guidance needed to navigate them. As a black therapist, I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive care that addresses the unique challenges faced by black professionals in the workplace.

Whether you're struggling with workplace discrimination, toxic work environments, or other challenges related to work and mental health, I'm here to help. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and supportive space for you to explore your experiences and develop the skills and strategies needed to manage stress and improve your well-being.

Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
